The Perfect Heart ships with multiple partners. Basic Shipping is through United States Postal Service. Priority will be USPS or UPS, and Overnight Packages will be UPS only

Yes we do offer International shipping to select continents!
Most of Europe, Africa, Australia
Also, countries including New Zealand, China, & Japan

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Packages from The Perfect Heart will vary depending on order quantity. Since all of our products are handmade, they have to be processed individually. We tend to get orders out within 24 hours. During the holiday season, expect a possible one day delay

Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Yes, purchasing on The Perfect Heart is safe. We are SSL Certified, and we also do not store customer information or credentials. All orders are processed through Stripe, Apple, Google, Etsy or Paypal. It’s all up to your choice.

How do I place an Order?
Select a single product and be sure to fill in the personalization slots and we will get your order started once the payment is processed
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Just send us an email and we will gladly help you fix any issue you may come across
Do I need an account to place an order?
Accounts are not mandatory, but if you wish to review your orders and tracking, then signing up for an account would ideal.
How Do I Track My Order?
Log into your account and look at your purchases and a tracking number will be attached to that order. Emails will also be sent. If it doesn’t show up in your inbox, check your junk mail
How Can I Return a Product?
Returns are not accepted on items that have been personalized.
But, if the error is on our behalf, then submit an email letting us know, and we will gladly fix the issue
