The Perfect Heart ships with multiple partners. Basic Shipping is through United States Postal Service. Priority will be USPS or UPS, and Overnight Packages will be UPS only

Yes we do offer International shipping to select countries. Europe, Africa, Australia, New Zealand, China, & Japan

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Packages from The Perfect Heart will vary between order quantity. Since all of our products are handmade, they have to be processed individually. We tend to get orders out within 24 hours. During the holiday season expect a possibly delay

Do I need an account to place an order?
Accounts are not mandatory, but if you wish to review your orders and tracking, then signing up for an account would ideal.
How Do I Track My Order?
Log into your account and look at your purchases and a tracking number will be attached to that order. Emails will also be sent. If it doesn’t show up in your inbox, check your junk mail
How Can I Return a Product?
Returns are not accepted on items that have been personalized.
